Enquiry privacy notice

Terrae Vivae Resources Limited uses the details you provide to assess your requirements, respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting commercial relationship.

Information we collect

The form asks for your name, company, email address, product, request type and requirement. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.

How your information is used

Your enquiry is stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database and sent to our enquiry mailbox through our existing email hosting service. These service providers process the information to operate the enquiry service. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing messages.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for 12 months, then delete them unless they are needed for an active commercial relationship. Records retained for an active relationship are reviewed by staff. Our mailbox and provider backups are managed separately; database deletion does not automatically remove email copies or backups.

Protecting your information

Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised staff and service administration. The enquiry service uses encrypted connections and server-side credentials. No security system can guarantee absolute protection.
